Due to expansion, one of the UK’s leading independently owned legal expense company is looking to secure a Recoveries Claim Handler.

Communication is one of the most important elements in the journey of a claim, which is why an on-line real time website is on hand for all clients to view.
You will effectively manage the recovery of all claim types in line with current case law and Ministry of Justice regulations in order to maximise the speed and amount of the recovery. In addition you will ensure there is no leakage in relation to loss of income or length of recovery period. Whilst delivering against agreed targets and business objectives, you will negotiate to maximise recovery of your allocated debt target in a timely manner.

It is essential that you have previous recovery claims handling experience, from either a legal or insurer background. Just as importantly, you will be an excellent communicator, possessing a positive attitude, and effective decision making skills.
