This is a great opportunity to join a very highly regarded insurance organisation in Harrogate as a Sales Adviser. The client has an excellent reputation for being a major player within its field and boasts high quality offices in the centre of town.
Working within a team of Sales Advisers, your role will be to handle incoming calls from customers wishing to discuss a new business quotation and also outbound prequalified leads. You will have a comprehensive understanding of all insurance products offered in order to overcome any objections and ensure that the customer has adequate levels of cover. You will work to agreed service levels and sales targets, whilst identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional products.
Ideally, you will have experience of handling insurance products such as Motor, Travel, Motorbike, Breakdown, Legal Expenses and Pet. You must also have a proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets, as well as the ability to record accurate information and prioritise your own work load. Most importantly, it is essential that you have a professional attitude to work and the desire to progress your career within a highly successful organisation.
You will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £12,500 plus a competitive monthly bonus, together with a company pension. The client is approximately thirty minutes drive from Leeds and is a very feasible commute due to the traffic flow in rush hour being much heavier in the opposite direction.
